These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using the Mohan Financial App public website and, where access has been authorized, the hosted application. Mohan Technologies LLC provides both. Access to the application is by authorization; these Terms do not grant an account or purchase a service. If Mohan Technologies LLC and an organization have a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Website and application use
You may use the public website for lawful informational and business purposes. The application is for authorized professional use only. You may use an application account solely within the access granted to you and any applicable instructions from the organization that authorized your account.
Mohan Financial App is software that helps professionals organize information and work. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice; act as a broker-dealer or investment adviser; or replace a firm’s own supervisory and regulatory responsibilities.
Accounts and security
You must keep your credentials secure, use required authentication measures, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to security@mohantechnology.com. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing agreement. Do not share an account or attempt to access another person’s, firm’s, or household’s information without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or application to violate law or another person’s rights; introduce malware; interfere with service availability; bypass access controls; probe or exploit security without authorization; scrape protected information; or submit information you lack authority to provide. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@mohantechnology.com without including customer data, credentials, or exploit details in an unencrypted initial message.
Information and privacy
You retain any rights you have in information you lawfully provide. Providing information does not transfer ownership to Mohan Technologies LLC. We process information to provide, protect, and operate the website and application as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a written customer agreement. You must have the authority to provide information entered into the application and to direct its use.
Security and service commitments
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. These include access controls, required multi-factor authentication for application access, encryption, security monitoring, and controlled changes. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Service availability, support targets, data processing terms, and remedies, if applicable, are governed by a separate written agreement or a service policy provided to or incorporated by the customer. These Terms do not promise a particular uptime percentage, resolution time, or service credit.
Ownership and third-party services
Mohan Technologies LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the website, application, software, design, and related materials. Your authorization permits use of the application for its intended professional purpose; it does not transfer those rights. Third-party links and integrations may be subject to their providers’ terms and availability.
Access changes and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, information, users, or our legal obligations, subject to any applicable written agreement. Access may also end when the authorizing organization removes permission or the governing arrangement ends. Handling of organization-provided information after access ends follows the applicable written agreement, documented instructions, and legal requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new date. Where a written agreement requires additional notice or approval, that agreement controls.
